A mechanical Engineer (1976) from Jabalpur Engg. Collage, had over 36 year (1977-2013) stint in Central Electricity Authority. He had been involved in all aspects of Thermal Power Plants including Planning, Design, Engineering, procurement, construction and Management. He served on standing Committee on R&D - Thermal and Nuclear Plants. Worked on Evaluation of clean coal technologies, reduction in consumptive water in Thermal Plants, efficiency improvements and energy conservation. Involved in feasibility studies for siting Projects, social impact assessment and resolving issues of displaced persons.

Former Chief Engineer (CEA) and Director- Astone Energy BE (Mech) NIT(Trichy), Diploma in Business Management (IGNOU), FIE, Chartered Engineer (india)
Work experience of over 50 year in the Power sector in Planning Of Power Sector for the country, Design and Engineering of various systems for thermal power stations, General Power Plant Layout ,Energy efficiency and Environment. Worked in power stations India and Zimbabwe in renovation and Maintenance Of power plants. Participated in various seminars and delivered lectures on various topics in the power sector including Renewable Energy.

A Mechanical Engineer (1973) from AMU, Retired as DGM from NTPC.
Started the career in Central Electricity Authority and Joined NTPC in 1981 Served in Engineering, Procurement and construction of Thermal Power Plant Auxiliary Systems including water Treatment Plant, Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling System and Fire fighting System etc. Over 35 years of experience, working in Power sector and committed to sustainable growth and development.

Former Chief Engineer (F&CA) CEA and CEA nominee Director on Board of Haryana VPNL (1977-2014).
A Mechanical Engineer (1975) from Punjab EC, Joined Central Electricity Authority in 1977. He served NTPC (4 years). Haryana ERC for two years and Member Secy ERPC (2 years). He has CE/FCA worked on all aspects of coal fired, Gas Turbine combined cycle (GTCC) and Diesel Engine based plants. He has contributed extensively (over 40 yrs.) in loss reduction in Transmission systems, Tarrif determination and regulation and Financial and commercial appraisal of Electrical Schemes.
